- Educational consultancy
- Skilled worker & business visa support
- Online shop for digital & physical products
- Affiliate marketing program (offering and promoting third-party products)
1.2 By using our services, purchasing from our online shop, or participating in our affiliate program, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Services Provided
2.1 Visa & Immigration Assistance
- Support for obtaining student visas, skilled worker visas (Fachkräfte-Einwanderungsgesetz), and business visas
- Application guidance, document preparation, and interview support
- No guarantee of visa approval, as decisions are made by government authorities

- Digital products (e-books, guides, PDFs) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded

- Users may purchase these third-party products via affiliate links on our website
- Taalalna does not manufacture, own, or provide customer service for third-party products

3. Client Obligations

- Misuse of our services, fraudulent purchases, or providing false information may result in account suspension

- Fees must be paid in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing
- No refunds once a consultation or visa service has begun

- Refunds for digital products are not possible after download/access
- Refunds for physical products follow a 14-day return policy, provided the item is unused and in original packaging

- Customers must contact the third-party seller directly for refunds or order issues
5. Limitation of Liability

9.2 If any clause is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected
